Key responsibilities

  • Own daily activity targets across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Research accounts, write tailored openers, and sequence prospects.
  • Qualify prospects; secure meetings that stick to calendar.
  • Log activity, notes, and next steps clearly in CRM.

Minimum requirements

  • 1–2 years in outbound SDR or appointment setting.
  • English C1+ with confident spoken delivery.
  • Comfort with cold calling and objection handling.

Good to have

  • Experience with Apollo, Smartlead, HubSpot (or similar).
  • ICP research, list building, and basic A/B testing.
